2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
3. Release Dates
Release dates are provided by manufacturers or authorized distributors and are subject to change without notice.
Pokebble Shop is not responsible for delays resulting from changes to manufacturer release schedules, production issues, shipping disruptions, or supplier delays.
4. Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available and your order has been processed.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified or separate shipping is selected (if offered).
5. Delivery Estimates
Any estimated shipping or delivery dates shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual shipping dates may vary due to factors beyond our control.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed for shipment.
Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipping or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Product Allocation
In rare situations where our supplier cannot fulfill the full quantity ordered, products may be allocated based on the order in which pre-orders were received.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
8. Pricing
The price charged at the time your pre-order is placed is the price you will pay.
If the price changes before the product is released, your confirmed pre-order price will not be affected unless an obvious pricing error occurred.
9. Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may update product packaging, artwork, promotional materials, or included accessories before release.
Pokebble Shop is not responsible for manufacturer changes that occur after a product has been listed for pre-order.
